In fact, a section is included in the certificate that lists the recommended interventions and provides an estimate of the results that can be obtained, both for the individual intervention and for the whole of them. In order to draw up the Energy Performance Certificate we calculate the consumption and dispersion of the building unit, through an inspection conducted with suitable surveying instruments, to estimate the performance characteristics.
