Energy performance certificate
Service details
The energy performance certificate is a document that assesses the energy performance of a building, assigning it one of 10 energy classes, by comparing it with reference buildings: from the lowest class G to the highest A4.
It is not only a legal obligation when buying or renting a property, but also an opportunity to find out the building's energy consumption and improve its performance. In fact, a section is included in the certificate that lists the recommended interventions and provides an estimate of the results that can be obtained, both for the individual intervention and for the whole of them. In order to draw up the Energy Performance Certificate we calculate the consumption and dispersion of the building unit, through an inspection conducted with suitable surveying instruments, to estimate the performance characteristics.
We then proceed to model the building using a calculation software, updated to the latest regulations in force.
